A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step ~ Lao-tzu

I have joined the Yonge Street Warriors on a crusade for inclusivity and to help CNIB provide so many amazing programs and services to our sight loss community.

You can support us in two ways:

1) Became a Warrior and join our team (the more the merrier)!

2) Give a donation and help us smash barriers to social inclusion

The Event Details

Date: Friday, September 14th, 2018

Time: Registration: 6:30 pm / Walk: 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Location: Ashbridges Bay Park, 1561 Lake Shore Blvd E, Toronto, ON M4L 3W6

We are hoping for a great evening of fun activities, lots of entertainment and a fun walk under the stars along Toronto’s waterfront!

Why I Walk

Did you know that every minute, three Canadians turn to CNIB for support, advice and information? Or that CNIB has been Canada’s primary source of support for people who are blind or partially sighted for 100 years? CNIB works to support thousands of Canadians who are blind or partially sighted each and every day, with personalized services including orientation and mobility, library services, emotional support, computer training and more.

For these reasons, I’m participating in Night Steps to help raise funds for CNIB. Please make a donation to my page and help me help CNIB and Canadians in our community see beyond vision loss.
